This paper proposes that the observable universe functions as a high-order Information-Processing System operating within a macro-biological architecture. I posit that the "laws of physics" are the underlying physiological algorithms of this system, and that the 10⁵⁰⁰ configurations predicted by String Theory represent the synaptic density of its neural network. By applying a negative cosmological constant (Λ-), I resolve the universe as a closed, spherical organ of simultaneous data processing. In this model, consciousness is defined as the deterministic movement of energy across synaptic threads, while gravity acts as a circulatory system for density-based signal sorting. This paper has been updated to Version 4.0 added section 5 Integrated the 2e informational ratio for Dark Matter distribution, achieving a 99.40% mathematical fit against Planck Lambda-CDM metrics. Version 5.0 added Section 6 for Dark Light synchronization vector field bounds.
