The Informational Energy Framework: An Exploratory Systems Model of Information, Time, Decay, and Manifestation

The Informational Energy Framework (IEF) is an exploratory systems model proposing that stable information may be treated as matter-like when it possesses structure, persistence, interaction, transformation, and manifestation potential. The paper introduces a conceptual pipeline in which informational matter enters as pattern, is shaped by gravitational geometry, energetic intensity, velocity, and frequency behavior, then passes through time exposure and decay filtering. What survives these filters becomes a stabilized manifestation, such as a physical structure, memory, symbol, biological adaptation, or other persistent pattern. The framework is not presented as a completed physical theory, but as a disciplined interdisciplinary lens for examining how information, time, decay, coherence, and manifestation may be related across physical, biological, cognitive, symbolic, and speculative edge-state domains.
