In previous work, the Electron Flow Model (EFM) replaced the mystical non-locality of quantum entanglement with a deterministic, hydrodynamic conduit known as the "Fluid Tether". However, approximating this tether as perfectly incompressible inadvertently implies an infinite speed of sound, creating a critical tension with relativistic causality. This paper resolves that paradox by computationally modeling the finite compressibility of the Quantum Vacuum Flux. By applying the fluid-dynamic ratio of localized bulk modulus to fluid density (vL = K/), we mathematically demonstrate that within the hyper-compressed vortex core of a fluid tether, longitudinal acoustic shockwaves propagate at superluminal speeds vastly exceeding the transverse velocity of light (c). By calculating the finite, non-zero propagation delay (t > 0) of these acoustic waves, we prove that Subatomic Torque Transfer is strictly causal. Furthermore, this derivation formally establishes a Dual-Speed-Limit Paradigm for the Cosmos, permanently preserving local realism while simultaneously explaining why entanglement appears instantaneous to legacy electromagnetic instrumentation. Key Findings it propagates mechanically via atomic-scale particle collisions. Superluminal Acoustic Waves (vL c): The mechanical synchronization of entangled particles relies on longitudinal acoustic waves traveling through a hyper-compressed core, achieving velocities computationally derived at 10⁵ c. Preservation of the No-Signaling Theorem: The superluminal velocity does not violate macroscopic Relativity. The fluid tether is highly fragile, collapsing on the order of attoseconds to zeptoseconds. Macroscopic measurement shatters the vortex, making it physically impossible to transmit arbitrary macroscopic data or construct a reverse-signaling loop. The Dual-Speed-Limit Paradigm: The constant c remains the unbreakable speed limit for transverse electromagnetic waves traversing the baseline vacuum. vL represents the localized, single-use superluminal capacity of longitudinal acoustic waves. Included Resources: Appendix A contains the complete, reproducible Python mathematical engine used to calculate the superluminal longitudinal velocity and its strictly causal (t > 0) propagation delay. The Unified Fluid Cosmos Framework: This paper serves as Manuscript 15 Version 1 in the comprehensive series, Marabūt's Theory of Gravity. It presents the Electron Flow Model (EFM), a generative, fluid-dynamic framework designed to fundamentally replace Albert Einstein's General Relativity and standard Quantum Mechanics. The EFM shatters classical circularity with a single, undeniable foundational premise: Gravity is Pressure, not curvature, and not an intrinsic mass property.
