To achieve efficient energy harvesting under low-frequency vibration, a dual-beam piezoelectric energy harvester is proposed. A novel hybrid structure combining a lower arc beam and an upper T-shaped collector is designed to improve low-frequency and multidirectional performance. Finite element analysis is conducted to investigate stress distribution, resonant frequency, output voltage and output power. A prototype is fabricated and experimentally tested to validate the simulations. Results show that the first resonant frequency is 10 Hz and the output voltage reaches 39.8 V. At a load resistance of 385 kΩ,the maximum power of 1.12 mW is obtained, demonstrating enhanced performance and practicality.
