Abstract:With the rapid development of big data technology, human resource management is undergoing profound changes,and informatization construction has become a key path for organizations to enhance management efficiency. However, in practical processes, many enterprises face real challenges such as uneven data quality, low system integration, prominent privacy and security risks, and a lack of professional analytical talent, which restrict the full exploration and application of human resource data value. This study focuses on how to effectively address these challenges and seize the opportunities brought by informatization in the context of the big data era. By analyzing the current status and bottlenecks of enterprise human resource informatization, this study discusses key countermeasures such as the construction of a data governance framework, the introduction of intelligent analysis tools, and the cultivation of composite talents.
