Embedded and communication systems are becoming more widely used. This implies that we must figure out how to get them to function without consuming excessive amounts of energy. These days, ARM-based processors with a set of instructions known as RISC are highly popular due to their high performance and low power consumption. However, the tasks we want these systems to perform such as communicating wirelessly, joining the Internet of Things, and processing signals are becoming increasingly complex over time. Because of this, it is challenging to maintain their energy-efficient operation. Power conservation in embedded and communication systems remains a concern. This study examines power management strategies for ARM-based devices. Three aspects are the focus of the research: power consumption, memory utilization, and performance. To research these topics, we employ simulations. We experiment with ways to enhance performance, like employing unique low power modes, streamlining instructions, and better organizing data. The goal is to observe how every modification impacts the system, particularly in ARM-based systems.
