he core focus of this Deliverable D7.4 is to review and evaluate the ethical and legal screening of key documents provided for this review by the CYCLOPES Project Management Office regarding two crucial policies of the project: Firstly, the compliance of the Online Privacy Policy implemented on the website of the CYCLOPES project is reviewed against the applicable legal and ethical framework of the EU. This review not only requires evaluation of the document entitled “Privacy Policy”, but also the “Cookie Policy” including the “Cookie Banner”, as well as the process for subscribing to the newsletter made available at the CYCLOPES website.Secondly, the consent forms for events of the CYCLOPES project are reviewed against the applicable legal and ethical framework of the EU. This review requires an evaluation of the “Information Sheet” and the “Informed Consent Form” used for participation in CYCLOPES practitioner workshops, as well as the “Informed Consent Form” for participation in CYCLOPES events and processing of personal data.It should be noted that this is not a final legal assessment or a legal compliance report but merely identifies potential problem areas to allow for further review. The review does not take national law into account.
