This paper is part of a coherent research program developing an informationally emergent physical framework. P17 derives Yang–Mills dynamics as an effective closure of the emergent SU(2) gauge sector introduced in the previous paper. Starting from the informationally generated non-Abelian structure, the analysis shows how standard Yang–Mills field equations arise as consistency conditions governing the coherent sector. The work clarifies the relationship between discrete informational coherence, non-Abelian gauge symmetry, and effective field dynamics, providing a concrete link between the underlying informational substrate and familiar non-Abelian gauge theories. While this paper can be read independently, its full significance becomes clear only within the complete sequence of papers (P00–P32).
