This paper is part of a coherent research program developing an informationally emergent physical framework. P16 derives the emergence of an effective SU(2) gauge structure from coherent relational degrees of freedom within the discrete informational substrate. The analysis shows how non-Abelian symmetry structures arise naturally from relational organization and coherence constraints, without being imposed as fundamental symmetries. The paper establishes the structural origin of SU(2)-type interactions and prepares the ground for the emergence of Yang–Mills dynamics and symmetry-breaking mechanisms explored in subsequent papers. This work represents a key step in extending the framework beyond Abelian gauge sectors. While this paper can be read independently, its full role is understood only within the complete sequence of papers (P00–P32).
