The origin of CP violation in the Standard Model remains unexplained. In the quark sector, the CKM phase δCKM and in the lepton sector, the PMNS phase δPMNS are introduced as free parameters. Within the Information-Copying Cosmology (ICC) framework, spacetime and fields emerge from a stochastic copying process on a discrete simplicial complex. We show that both CP-violating phases arise naturally as geometric (Berry) phases accumulated by defect wavefunctions during spectral transport. No free phases are introduced; both are determined by a single hierarchy parameter ∆ ≈ 0.10 ± 0.02 extracted independently from spectral statistics. We provide explicit derivations, numerical comparison with current data, and sharp falsification criteria for next-generation experiments
