This internal Presignal Anomaly Correlation Record (v1.1) documents systematic cross-domain correlations for two numerical sequences applying the Presignal Subtraction Framework. Version 1.1 expands the original May 16, 2026 record with findings from May 17, 2026, revealing a three-tier nested lattice architecture beneath the original sequences. The complete 3-digit repdigit walk (111–999) sits entirely on a 37-lattice with coefficients that are all multiples of 3, breaking at 1010 = 2×5×101 before terminating at 1111 = R4 = 11×101. The 4-digit repdigit walk (1111–9999) sits on a 101-lattice with coefficients that are all multiples of 11, breaking at 101010, whose binary representation equals 42 — correlating with the Hubble constant in imperial units (~42 mi/s/Mpc), the primary rainbow angle (42.3°), the 3×3×3 magic cube constant, and the 2019 sum-of-three-cubes solution. The terminal 111111 = R6 = 3×7×11×13×37 assembles all key primes from both lattice levels. A persistent 5-gap is confirmed across all lattice scales. The 101 kHz biological threshold in MRI neurophysiology is documented as the physical referent of 101010 Hz. No causal physical claims are made. All correlations carry explicit confidence levels. This material is explicitly excluded from the TMLCA accelerator physics preprint series.
