Abstract

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 메타인지와 문제해결능력 간의 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하고자 수행된 이차 분석 연구이다. G시 소재 대학 간호학과 4학년 130명을 대상으로 선행연구에서 수집된 자료를 활용하였으며, SPSS 24.0과 PROCESS macro Model 4로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 메타인지, 그릿, 문제해결능력은 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다(r=.37~.47, p<.001). 둘째, 메타인지는 그릿(B=.609, p<.001)과 문제해결능력(B=.411, p<.001)에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 그릿 또한 문제해결능력에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다(B=.159, p=.023). 셋째, 부트스트래핑 결과, 메타인지가 그릿을 매개로 문제해결능력에 미치는 간접효과는 .097(95% CI: 0 미포함)로 나타나 부분 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 메타인지가 문제해결능력에 직접적·간접적으로 영향을 미치는 구조를 보여주며, 그릿이 두 변수 간 관계를 연결하는 동기적 기제로 작용함을 시사한다. 따라서 간호대학생의 문제해결능력 향상을 위해서는 메타인지적 사고를 촉진하는 학습 경험을 통해 학습 지속성과 목표 지향적 태도가 형성될 수 있도록 하는 교육 전략이 필요하다.
