Based on the complete academic system of PFUSR (Primitive Unified System Rule), this paper conducts rational deduction relying on experimental phenomenon evidence, macroscopic cosmic observation laws and microscopic matter motion logic, and standardizes the academic definition of Ling Pendulum Ion to fill the key logical missing link of the PFUSR system, realizing a rigorous closed-loop of academic logic of the whole system. Ling Pendulum Ion is an extremely micro, low-abundance, high-activity primitive dominant particle with global governing regulation capability in the β₁ Primitive Field, taking yin-yang symmetrical pairs as the only stable existence form. Particles are topologically bonded and symbiotically responsive to each other, and their overall motion trend naturally conforms to the spiral topological form, which is the core dominant factor for maintaining the orderly operation of β₁ Primitive Field, directional aggregation of diffuse units, and formation of primitive spatial structures. The β₁ Primitive Field has objective physical properties of global penetration, information synchronization, energy bearing and basic field conduction, and has no independent self-organization, self-ordering and structural construction capabilities, so it must rely on top-level governing particles to complete global orderly regulation. This paper focuses on the rigorous discussion of the academic definition, intrinsic physical properties, field governing mechanism and system coupling logic of Ling Pendulum Ion, and only briefly combs the formation process of primitive spiral vortex; mature contents such as 11-dimensional topological structure, double-cone cosmic model and field energy dynamic evolution have been systematically demonstrated in the previous series of PFUSR papers, which will not be repeated in this paper. Constrained by the intrinsic characteristics of particles and existing observation technical conditions, all arguments in this paper are established based on system self-consistency and objective logical deduction. The research scope is limited to the limit boundary of human cognition, and issues related to cosmic cognitive barriers such as primitive origin and deep motivation are avoided without extended research, abiding by academic research norms to build a self-consistent and complete primitive physical theoretical framework.
