This action research study investigates the effectiveness of integrating Buddhist teachings into Social Studies education to enhance ethical behavior, social responsibility, and academic engagement among secondary school students in four Northeast Thailand provinces. A mixed-methods research design was implemented across 28 secondary schools involving 450 students and 35 educators. Results demonstrated significant improvements in ethical behavior, social responsibility, academic engagement, and community participation. The findings support the integration of Buddhist principles into Social Studies curricula to promote culturally responsive and transformative education in Thailand.
