In the context of digital transformation encompassing all spheres of international business, modern methodological approaches to organizational management are gaining particular relevance. This paper examines both theoretical and practical aspects of applying systemic, process-based, and cybernetic approaches under conditions of active digitalization of managerial activities. The importance of digital technologies—such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, the Internet of Things, and cloud-based solutions—is emphasized as a means to enhance the efficiency, adaptability, and resilience of management systems. Special attention is given to the need for developing the digital competencies of managerial staff and implementing flexible management models capable of responding rapidly to changes in the external environment. These approaches are viewed as the foundation for shaping a new management paradigm focused on the strategic development and competitiveness of organizations in the digital economy.
