Abstract & Project Status This document outlines the conceptual framework for the Molecularly Structured Protein Matrix–derived Neuroacoustic Stimulation Protocol (MSPM–NASP). The protocol describes a non-pharmacological neuroacoustic model designed for systemic bio-regulation and metabolic stability through the informational transformation of structured amino acid systems into parameterised auditory signals. Project Validation & Aerospace Evaluation Status: The core methodology and the integrated framework detailed in this document are currently under official evaluation by leading space health and space innovation authorities for potential application in long-duration space missions: 1. NASA / TRISH: Evaluated under the Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH) Catalyst Program (Application ID: CAT3-0000000593, Houston, USA). 2. ESA (European Space Agency): Officially submitted and moved to the formal Evaluation stage via the ESA Open Space Innovation Platform (OSIP) under the project title "Systemic Bio-Regulation Platform for Metabolic Stability in Long-Duration Space Missions (MSPM & OMARIDIN™)" within the Open Ideas Channel (ESA Discovery element / Basic Activities). The framework serves as an informational, non-invasive systems-biology approach aimed at managing neural entrainment, phase synchronization, and homeostatic preservation under extreme isolation and stress conditions. This preprint documents the underlying theoretical model submitted for institutional and empirical validation.
