Implementation of «green» construction principles in the activities of development companies: problems, incentives, advantages

The article examines the problem of «green» construction in Russia. The author reviews the national standard regulating the implementation of «green» projects. The main objective of the work is to study the problems of transition to «green» construction and determine the importance of introducing the principles of «green» construction into the activities of development companies. The study allows us to determine which difficulties can be eliminated exclusively at the state level, and which can only be solved by construction companies. Particular attention is paid to the main incentives of the developer in the transition to «green» construction. The article reveals the main competitive advantages of construction companies in the transition to green construction. As a result, the author concludes that the decisive argument in making a decision on the transition to «green» construction by developers is the opening opportunity to strengthen their competitive advantages.
