The article analyzes the role of BRICS in the process of de-dollarization of the global economy. The unification of the BRICS countries plays a significant role in shaping the new global economic order. De-dollarization, as a key aspect of this strategy, is aimed at reducing dependence on the US dollar in international settlements and creating alternative currency systems. The article examines the opportunities and limitations that BRICS faces along this path. The article also explores the geopolitical implications of de-dollarization initiatives, focusing on their potential to change the dynamics of global economic power, influence U.S. influence, and contribute to the establishment of a multipolar world order. The potential introduction of the BRICS currency could significantly change the global financial system. This initiative aims to challenge the dominance of the US dollar by creating an alternative currency for trading and financial settlements. Although the BRICS currency could contribute to multipolarity in global finance, its success will depend on overcoming structural problems such as economic inequality between member countries and dependence on dollar trade. This article examines the possibilities and limitations of de-dollarization in the context of BRICS, and explores the potential implications of such a BRICS currency for global trade, focusing on economic, geopolitical, and systemic aspects.
