The works monitored consisted of the excavation of cable trenches and lighting base pits. No archaeological remains were encountered during the watching brief and a similar stratigraphic sequence of deposits was identified across the site. The excavations were generally minor in nature, narrow cable trenches and light bases excavated through the subsoil; modern service infrastructure may have also impacted the survival of archaeological remains.
