Background Background: The global nursing workforce is increasingly shaped by migration, yet internationally educated nurses (IENs) often lack unified professional representation and structured support for integration. Innovation Innovation: This article describes the development of the Society of Internationally Educated Nurses and Nursing Allies (SIENNA), a transnational professional organization designed to address fragmentation in representation and support leadership development across borders. Key Outcomes Key Outcomes: Since its inception in 2023, SIENNA has rapidly expanded its global reach, established governance structures, and launched initiatives focused on professional connection, leadership development, and advocacy for IENs. Leadership Implications Leadership Implications: Transnational professional models offer nurse leaders a scalable strategy to support workforce integration, reduce professional isolation, and strengthen retention of IENs. Nurse executives should consider leveraging such models as part of broader workforce and leadership development strategies.
