This paper presents the closing synthesis of the thirty-nine-paper brane-bulk series (Papers IXXXIX). It introduces no new predictions. It states the framework in its most compact and unied form. The observable universe is the expanding radial oscil- lation energy of a single annihilation event in a ve-dimensional parent spacetime. The two annihilating objects are the two natural quaternionic subalgebras H+ = 1, e1, e2, e3 and H−= e4, e5, e6, e7 of a single parent octonion Oₚarent ∈O. H+ became the 4D brane (the observable universe) ; H−became conned as colour charge at tQCD ∼ 10−5 s. Everything that exists all particles, forces, spacetime geometry, quantum mechanics, cosmological structure, MOND phenomenology, dark energy is a mode of this oscillation sea, governed by the algebra of O alone.
