In the conditions of the modern socio-economic environment, the problem of organizational conflict is a topical subject of study. Today, more and more scientists and practitioners study this problem, since many organizations are interested in developing optimal ways to resolve and prevent conflicts in work collectives in order to improve the efficiency of activities and enhance competitiveness. Effective conflict management is a targeted impact on the process of clash of opposing interests, ensuring the solution of socially important problems. This article analyzes in detail the methods of conflict management in the organization. The role of management and corporate culture in creating an effective strategy for resolving conflict situations aimed at improving the efficiency of the organization is emphasized.
