The brane-bulk framework identies two distinct mass-generation mecha- nisms separated by a characteristic scale Mₛep = MPl/Hₕierarchy ∼200 MeV. Above Mₛep: particles acquire mass through focal deceleration resistance (Paper V) the standard Fano condensation mechanism operates. Below Mₛep: mass arises from brane-fabric scar topology (Paper X) the neutrino mechanism. The minimum detectable focal deceleration sets the minimum particle mass mₘin ∝ℓP × H (t), which is the neutrino mass scale. This explains why neutrino masses are so much smaller than other fermion masses: they arise from a fundamentally dierent mechanism with a dierent energy scale.
