Alexander, Bernardo DOI: 10. 1103/rzz5-p4f4) derive a gravitational Hall conductance σH = 3/ (Λℓ2 P) from the Chern-Simons-Kodama (CSK) state of quantum gravity, with the gravitational vacuum angle θG2 = 12π2/ (Λℓ2 P) topologically protected against perturbative graviton loops. We show that all five of their key results follow from the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework by identifying the SU (2) Ashtekar connection as the H+ sub-algebra of O = H+ ⊕H−. The CSK state is the SU (2), →G2 projection of the full framework ground state. The gravitational Hall conductance σH = r2 Λ/ℓ2 P = 7. 22 × 10121 is the de Sitter horizon area in Planck units, derivable from Λ = 3H2 0/c2 and h = ℓP mP c (Paper I) with zero free parameters. The topological protection of Λ in their framework is the same G2-Weyl-group topological protection of fbulk = 3. 691% in ours; both are fixed by a discrete finite group and immune to perturbative corrections. The CSK probability current ja i is identified with the brane- bulk transit current, and the G2 eigenvalue spectrum 0. 268, 1, 2, 3, 3. 73, 4 extends their single filling factor ν = 1/Λ to a discrete G2-quantised spectrum. Four formal predictions; zero free parameters. Part of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework series. Anchor DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19120873. Community: one-octonion-brane-bulk.
