Abstract

intention to seek clinical screening (82.2% vs. 31.1%,p<0.001) and the rate of performing BSE (75.6% vs. 35.6%,p<0.001 at 3 months).Crucially, it tripled the rate of subsequent doctor consultations about breast health (33.3% vs. 8.9%, p=0.004).Participant satisfaction was high (mean score 9.1/10). Conclusions:This scalable telehealth education program effectively increased breast cancer knowledge and translated it into health-seeking intentions, demonstrating great potential for early detection in resource-limited areas.
