In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) this month released a new issue brief outlining recent state policy trends aimed at improving access to mental health care. The publication, “Trends in Access to Mental Health Care State Policy,” highlights legislative efforts from 2025 and offers recommendations to address persistent barriers to affordable, equitable and high‐quality care.
