摘要: 目的 调查儿童与青少年群体的原发性高血压发病情况,并对原发性高血压发病的危险因素进行分析,为该群体原发性高血压的预防及诊断提供依据。 方法 选取2023年1月—2025年4月来无锡市儿童医院接受健康检查、高血压筛查与诊断的314例儿童与青少年为研究对象,采集性别、年龄、身体质量指数等一般资料,根据首次血压检测结果判断是否需要进行监测,并将高血压诊断结果作为分组依据,将其分为高血压组(93例)与健康对照组(221例),比较两组各项资料的差异性,分析原发性高血压发病的危险因素。 结果 两组超重肥胖、高盐膳食、运动习惯、喜食膨化食品、高血压家族史比较,差异有统计学意义(por=3.248)、喜食膨化食品(or=2.705)、运动习惯(or=2.531)、高盐膳食(or=2.338)、高血压家族史(or=2.221)是儿童与青少年群体原发性高血压发病的危险因素(p 结论 儿童与青少年群体的原发性高血压风险可能受到多种因素的影响,在预防及早期诊断过程中,需重视超重肥胖、高盐膳食、缺乏运动、喜食膨化食品及高血压家族史等风险因素的筛查,并对其中的可控因素进行科学干预。
