AbstractThis work introduces the Global Theory of Complexity and Stability (GTCS) as aunified geometric and ontological framework for describing physical, biological,informational, and civilizational systems through a single principle: the dynamics ofstability under accelerated change.Within this framework, the observable four-dimensional universe is interpreted as adynamical projection of a deeper informational structure governed by StructuralTension, a generalized quantity describing the accumulation, redistribution, anddissipation of instability across scales.Reality is modeled as a self-similar Tree-like hierarchy in which cosmologicalstructures, matter organization, adaptive systems, plasma dynamics, cognition, andcivilizations emerge as scale-dependent manifestations of the same underlyinggeometric process.
