Based on the complete axiomatic system established in PFUSRC Papers 01–10, this paper fully presents the ontological structure of the bidirectionally closed bicone, the rigid 1511 prime-dimensional evolutionary pathway, the ₁ global coupling operator, the intrinsic cosmic constant ₁=12/11, the prime camp point universal skeleton, the bright–dark sevenfold dual logic, and the global convergent dynamical equation. Using the highest-precision, largest-scale, and most statistically powerful cosmological observations from 2024 to 2026, this work systematically tests the topological characteristics, structural distribution, angular momentum origin, evolutionary dynamics, and early formation mechanisms of the bicone model. All observational results—including the cosmic web filament–node–void distribution, the canonical aspect ratio of giant coherent superstructures, the bulk rotation of cosmic filaments, the dynamical evolution of dark energy, the early formation of dense galaxy groups, and the stability criteria from large-scale numerical simulations—are strictly isomorphic, quantitatively consistent, and globally self-consistent with the PFUSRC bicone model. The standard cosmological model is systematically contradicted by observations in core aspects including large-scale coherence, primordial angular momentum, the cosmological constant, and early structure formation. This paper establishes empirical confirmation and academic formalization of the PFUSRC bidirectionally closed bicone as the fundamental cosmic ontology.
