Sobolev, BV, Compactness, and Trace Theory over Sigma-Time Measures

This release installs the appendix and reproducibility layer for the sigma-time Sobolev, BV, compactness, and trace paper. The mathematical spine is held fixed from the theorem rebuild and the positioning layer: a bounded-variation clock induces a clock measure, a canonical mass coordinate, and plateauconstant representatives through which Bochner, Sobolev, compactness, variation, and trace statements can be transported without inventing a separate functional-analytic universe.
