This paper presents a fundamental derivation of electrical resistance and superconductivity based on the Fermion Ocean Hypothesis (FUH). We demonstrate that Ohm’s Law is a macroscopic manifestation of the viscous drag exerted by the ψ-condensate on charge carriers. By introducing the viscous tax coefficient (η ≈ 1. 2 × 10^−15 Pa·s), we show that superconductivity emerges as a local phase transition of the vacuum into a superfluid state (Jvac → 0) when the internal lattice pressure exceeds the Shlyapik Threshold (7. 76 keV). Furthermore, time is redefined as the relaxation rate of the viscous manifold, providing a deterministic arrow for dissipative processes.
