L'Anomalie , de Hervé Le Tellier, prix Goncourt 2020, nous fournit une nouvelle modalité de représentation de la chronologie romanesque. L'Anomalie tente de présenter l'irreprésentable: le soi doublé, le temps rembobiné, la biotechnologie détruisant le continuum spatio-temporel. L'Anomalie se distingue de ses prédécesseurs modernes non pas dans sa structuration chronologique, mais dans sa capacité d'anéantir notre conception spatiotemporelle, en utilisant la technologisation avancée de notre époque postmoderne comme contexte culturel. Ce roman postmoderne met l'homme face-à-face avec son double, son simulacre, et nous donne une reformulation de la temporalité du roman. ABSTRACT: Thrown, thrown out. Produced, reproduced. The Anomaly presents the unrepresentable: the self-doubled, time rewound, and biotechnology destroying the space time continuum, distinguishing itself from its modern predecessors not by its chronological structure, but by its capacity to destroy our conception of time and space, using the advanced technologization of our postmodern culture as its cultural context. This postmodern novel places man face to face with his double, his simulacre, and provides a reformulation of the novel's temporality.
