Abstract

We establish rotational stability of CCEGA black stars despite the ergoregion being exterior to the object (C ≈ 0. 63–1. 27, P51 v2. 0). The light ring damping rate exceeds the ergoregion instability rate by a factor γLR/γₑrgo ~ 10⁹–10¹². The suppression arises from geometric factors (δr/rₑ) ⁵ in the ergoregion-surface overlap. CCEGA black stars are rotationally stable for all masses in the range 4. 56–14. 75 M☉.
