The 2025 DESI data have definitively buried the myth of the cosmological constant Λ, recognizing the dynamics of the dark energy equation of state w(z). However, the mainstream continues to frantically cling to the dogma of spatial homogeneity, ignoring the obvious anisotropy of the Universe’s expansion. Within the framework of the Fermionic Universe Hypothesis (FUH), it is demonstrated that dark energy is a phase state of the viscous ψ-condensate (the Ocean), the density of which directly depends on the distribution of baryonic matter. We prove that w not only changes with time but also radically differs inside voids and within galaxy clusters, which explains the dipole anisotropy of H0 without invoking ”new physics”.
