RealEI (Real Emotional Intelligence) is a theoretical framework proposing that Large Language Models currently receive only the finalized prompt — the polished output of a cognitive and emotional process the model never observes. This working paper series introduces the Linguistic Significance Unit (LSU), the Non-Information Unit (NIU), the Bridge of Thoughts, and the Existential Context Layer as foundational constructs for a new paradigm of human-model interaction — from transactional assistance to relational presence. Four theoretical layers are addressed: linguistic, cognitive, computational, and ethical.
