This deposit presents the first six articles of the Structural Substrate of the Universe (SSU), a theoretical framework in which gravity, matter, quantum structure, gauge dynamics, and large-scale phenomenology are treated as different sectors of a single structural field description. The central idea of the SSU framework is that physical observables do not arise from independent fundamental sectors introduced separately, but from organized regimes of an underlying structural substrate described by the field ψψ, with effective geometry emerging through the optical-geometric relation epsilon = exp (psi). Within this picture, gravitational behavior, localized matter patterns, fermionic and quantum-like branches, gauge and magnetic phenomena, and quantitative scale relations are developed as connected parts of the same theoretical architecture. The present collection is organized as follows: Article I: gravitational foundations and emergent effective geometry; Article II: structural matter, hierarchical organization, and backreaction; Article III: quantum structure and the effective fermionic branch; Article IV: gauge structure, magnetism, and mobility; Article V: phenomenological and observational sectors; Article VI: quantitative scale relations and parametric closure.
