We propose that gravity, dark matter, and dark energy are three regimes of a single object: the quantum potential of the universal wave function onsuperspace, governed by the Wheeler-DeWitt equation under the pilot-wave inter-pretation. The conjecture is presented at three levels of ontological commitment andmakes several structural predictions without requiring the full forward derivation: dynamic dark energy; dissolution of the cosmological constant problem;an order-of-magnitude Hubble tension prediction from the darkmatter mechanism applied at cosmological scales; and a proof that the symmetricbounce trivializes the fixed-point condition. The fixed-point condition is derived from the framework’s own constraints and constitutes a specific tractablecalculation. Five falsification conditions are identified. The conjecture is falsifiable,specific, and has a clear next calculation.
