Every physical theory assumes its equations. This work derives them. Starting from the ontological principles of Structure Theory, a single structural field equation is formulated. Its three dynamical regimes reproduce exponential relaxation, quantum wave dynamics, and irreversible threshold transitions as limiting cases of one equation.
