Conventional physics treats the Planck scale—defined by the Planck length, Planck time, and Planck energy—as the lowest meaningful boundary of physical reality, beyond which the universe is typically considered inaccessible, undefined, or beyond legitimate inquiry. Extended Classical Mechanics (ECM) challenges this assumption by proposing that physical existence does not begin at the Planck threshold; rather, manifestation begins there, while existence itself precedes manifestation in a physically real but un-manifest phase state. Using the principle of Universal Energy Equivalence, together with coherent frequency evolution, emergent time, and ECM mass formalism, this work extends physical interpretation into a previously inaccessible sub-Planckian phase-domain. In this framework, the universe exists prior to observable space, time, and matter as conserved coherent energetic potential, represented by a primordial source frequency (f0) and corresponding sub-Planckian wavelength (λ0 < ℓP). The Big Bang is reinterpreted not as an absolute beginning or explosive creation event, but as a phase-transition of manifestation, occurring when a coherent integrated phase wavelength (λip) crosses the Planck threshold and manifests as the first meaningful wavelength (λP = ℓP). Matter subsequently emerges through the ECM equivalence relation: ΔPEECM ↔ ΔKEECM ↔ ΔMM yielding manifested matter mass (MM) and effective gravitational mass: Meff = MM + (−Mapp) = MG The theory further proposes that at the universal maximum radius (rmax, universe), manifestation becomes unsustainable because negative apparent mass (−Mapp) progressively dominates manifested matter (MM), driving an anti-gravitational reversal of manifestation. This produces an existential recession, in which manifested wavelength contracts (λP → λdp) and observable frequency returns toward the primordial phase-domain (fP → f0), causing matter to dissolve back into fragmented sub-Planckian phase states, which ultimately reintegrate into the primordial coherent phase-domain. This establishes a fully cyclic, non-singular, frequency-governed cosmology: phase → manifestation → mass → dissolution → phase In ECM, the universe is therefore not created once; it is continuously re-manifested through conserved energetic existence, with cyclic return regulated by the dominance of −Mapp. Mass is interpreted as a temporary manifested state of deeper phase-energy, and cosmic evolution becomes a perpetual sequence of manifestation, evolution, un-manifestation, and re-manifestation.
