To completely eliminate the epistemological malpractice of post-facto free-parameter MCMC curve-fitting, this paper establishes a frozen, immutable verification matrix containing six distinct zero-parameter blind predictions for scheduled 2026–2027 international deep-space data releases (DESI DR2, ESA Euclid DR1, JWST PEARLS, Vera C. Rubin LSST, and Nancy Grace Roman Surveys). Utilizing the Universal Metric Mismatch (UMM v8.2) framework, all cosmological, rotational, and structural galactic dynamics emerge naturally from a discrete 256-node spacetime topology characterized by lattice elasticity and rigid boundary constraints. By replacing continuous Riemannian spacetime manifolds with a discrete honeycomb substrate of indivisible volume quantum cells, we derive the fundamental metric resonance invariant ζ = 1.024 and the fixed mechanical clearance gap Le = 0.024 entirely from first principles of network integer registers. The model explicitly accounts for the non-isothermal rotational velocity plateaus of 175 SPARC disk systems, non-singular topological collapses (256 ≡ 0), and asymmetric polar decompressions without invoking non-baryonic dark matter particle halos or dark energy abstractions.
