M34a develops the Nuclear Triad at rank R=3 and interprets QCD entirely in operational terms: three operations (Cpow, Apow, Exp) encode three physical regimes of the strong interaction from a single scale ΛQCD. The Triad is: Cpow (HyperCore) -> symmetric, spectral / deep structure Apow (Symmetric Core) -> chiral structure and vacuum splitting Exp (assymetric Operational Number System) -> asymptotic / short-distance regime These three govern: chiral / soft scale ~ fₚi ≈ 93 MeV confinement scale ~ ΛQCD · τHC ≈ 354 MeV all derived from one input scale ΛQCD A central structural result is Fluent Invariance: asymptotic freedom scale ~ ΛQCD · e^τHC ≈ 910 MeV Lᵣ (u, u) = uᵘ (independent of r) which gives a single Hermit unitτHC ≈ 1. 901 + 1. 264 ishared across the Triad. This represents the operational form of QCD’s single dimensional-transmutation scale. The SC member (Apow) introduces a second structure: W² - W = iπ/2whose two solutions correspond to the two chiral vacua of QCD, with midpoint W* = 1/2as the symmetric (degenerate) point. Color structure emerges algebraically: SU (3) from 3-clone structure 8 gluons from branching structure (L³B = 8) so quark color is interpreted as branch trisection at κ = 1/3. Finally, the Olympus chain at R=3 applies to GL (2) L-functions: No-Off-Line-Birth holds unconditionally, ensuring zeros are born on the critical line, while the Ramanujan property is treated as consistency (with classical proof by Deligne). M34b will continue with ISHE (R=3. 5) and unification.
