Abstract In the twenty‑first century, the structure of global conflicts has fundamentally changed. Wars no longer occur solely on military battlefields but increasingly emerge within informational, economic, cognitive, and technological domains. Under such conditions, traditional models of peace primarily focused on balance of power or military deterrence are no longer sufficient to address the complexities of the contemporary global system. This article aims to present the theoretical framework of the “Intelligent Global Sustainable Peace Plan.” In this framework, peace is defined not merely as the absence of war but as the outcome of the cognitive, institutional, cultural, and technological maturity of human societies. The research adopts a theoretical–conceptual approach based on comparative analysis of literature in peace studies, network governance, philosophy of technology, and emerging theories of human–artificial intelligence synergy. The findings indicate that achieving sustainable peace in the contemporary world requires a multilayered architecture including a global cognitive infrastructure, intelligent prediction and stabilization systems, a civilizational innovation ecosystem, cultural transformation, and human–AI synergy. The main innovation of this study is the presentation of a model in which artificial intelligence is not viewed as a substitute for human decision‑making but as a tool for strengthening collective wisdom and expanding human decision capacity. The results suggest that the future of global peace depends on a transition from reactive governance to anticipatory governance, from accumulation of information to production of wisdom, and from high‑risk competition to civilizational cooperation.
