This document proposes a conceptual framework in which time is not fundamental but emergent from discrete pre-geometric causal structure. Written as a pre-formal priority record by an independent researcher, it develops original implications for Penrose's Conformal Cyclic Cosmology, the holographic principle, quantum superposition, and the recently discovered Lopez large-scale structures. Mathematical formalisation is identified as future work.
