Title: Spacetime Substantivalism 34: The Cosmic Hierarchy Confirmed by Gravitational Waves — The Current State of Hierarchical Confusion in the Academic Community Preface As the 34th installment of the CSSD (Cui's Substantial Spacetime Dynamics) framework, this work aims to audit the current landscape of theoretical physics. We extend our professional gratitude to Professors Vidamor Cabannas and Denivaldo Silva for their critical engagement with our previous discourse. This review has prompted a rigorous internal audit, refining our terminological boundaries. We emphasize that the CSSD framework and the research discourse of Professors Cabannas and Silva are distinct, independent programs. While both address the fundamental nature of the cosmos, the CSSD framework maintains its unique ontological foundation: physics is the subservient expression of the Logic Matrix, and cosmic evolution is the execution of a pre-determined logical mandate. This clarification ensures scholarly integrity and delineates the conceptual independence of both research programs. Abstract The direct detection of gravitational waves has confirmed that spacetime possesses high-rigidity substantial properties. However, the contemporary theoretical physics community still adheres to the outdated framework of "spacetime as null geometry." This mathematical expression successfully describes gravitational phenomena but lacks a description of the substantial medium carrying these metrics. This fundamental rift reveals a misalignment between research categories and logical levels. Based on the CSSD framework, this paper proposes a hierarchical instantiation protocol of the universe, reveals the nature of gravitational waves as stress oscillations of the second-order substantial protocol, and systematically audits the hierarchical attribution of mainstream physical theories. Research shows that while mainstream theories like general relativity and quantum mechanics have achieved extraordinary phenomenological results, they face logical boundary issues in cross-level integration. This paper provides a foundation for physics to return from phenomenological description to underlying protocol engineering through hierarchical auditing.
