The incidence of complications after surgery was low with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05) in all measured indicators.

Abstract

目的：观察急性st段抬高型心肌梗死(stemi)患者行经皮冠状动脉介入(pci)术时应用药物涂层球囊 (Dcb)的治疗价值，通过对比治疗前后相关指标评估其临床效果。方法：选取2025年4月至2026年1月我院收治的10 例急性st段抬高型心肌梗死患者作为研究对象，所有患者行pci术时均应用药物涂层球囊治疗，比较患者治疗前后心肌损伤指标、并发症发生率及心功能改善情况。结果：所有患者治疗后，心肌损伤指标及心功能改善程度均显著优于治疗前，术后并发症发生率较低，治疗前后各项相关指标对比差异有统计学意义（p < 0.05）。结论：药物涂层球囊在急性st段抬高型心肌梗死患者pci术中的应用具有重要价值，能够有效提高治疗效果，降低并发症风险，改善患者心功能。
