Total pancreatectomy with combined arterial and venous resection following FOLFIRINOX for locally advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer -A case report-

• Post-operative treatment with S1 chemotherapy was administered.
• Significant reduction in CA19-9 levels after FOLFIRINOX therapy.
• The patient showed a partial response according to RECIST criteria after treatment.
• Survival of 37 months after total pancreatectomy and subsequent treatment.
