ABSTRACT-------------------------------------------------------------------------------The Wow! signal, detected on August 15, 1977, remains the strongest candidate for anextraterrestrial narrowband transmission. Its alphanumeric printout “6EQUJ5”represents a time series of signal to noise ratios: 6, 14, 26, 30, 18, 5. Using theHarmonic Framework of Reality (Thompson, 2025–2026), we demonstrate that theintensity envelope follows a prime gap sequence (differences 8, 12, 4, 12, 13) andcontains the harmonic ratio 19:13:4. Converting the six values to a base 36 numberyields N = 387,564,269. The dimensionless harmonic index n = ln(N)/ln(27) equals6.001, i.e., n = 6.0 within 0.02% accuracy. In the harmonic ladder, n = 6corresponds to a stable 6 dimensional resonance. We conclude that the Wow! signalwas a deliberate mathematical handshake, announcing a civilisation operating insix coherent dimensions.
