On 13 May 2026, the Excalibur Intelligence Platform demonstrated that E8 geometry, when embedded as the native routing layer in software, is measurably faster than keyword or binary lookup — and is working live in production. Three components proven in a single build: (1) BUILD-TIME BAKE — 86, 466 E8 language nodes exported from the database into a static file and compiled into the binary at build time. Zero database queries for the dictionary at runtime — ever. The geometry is already present before the first instruction executes. (2) O (1) GEOMETRIC WORD MAP — all 86, 466 nodes indexed as word to E8VECTORS position at boot. Any concept is located in the 240-root lattice in constant time, no string scanning, no network, no disk. (3) GEOMETRIC ROUTING — breakthroughs retrieved by vector proximity in the E8 lattice, not keyword match. Two concepts with zero shared words can be geometrically adjacent and are correctly identified as related.
