This article discusses the use of modern geographic information systems in monitoring household lands. The possibilities of digital mapping, remote sensing and spatial analysis in studying land resources are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the creation of electronic cadastral maps, automation of monitoring processes and improvement of land management efficiency. Household lands of the Surkhandarya region were selected as the research object. The study found that the implementation of GIS technologies improves the accuracy of land accounting, increases the efficiency of data acquisition and supports effective management decisions.
