The rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has created new opportunities for improving efficiency, productivity, and operational control in manufacturing enterprises. This study focuses on the development of an IoT-based smart monitoring and automated management system designed specifically for local manufacturing enterprises. The proposed system integrates smart sensors, cloud computing, wireless communication, and real-time data analytics to monitor production processes, equipment conditions, energy consumption, and environmental parameters. The research aims to enhance industrial automation, reduce operational costs, minimize equipment failures, and improve decision-making processes through intelligent monitoring and predictive management mechanisms. The methodology includes system architecture design, hardware-software integration, sensor deployment, and data processing algorithms. Experimental implementation in a small-scale manufacturing environment demonstrated significant improvements in production efficiency, fault detection accuracy, and resource optimization. The results indicate that IoT-based industrial management systems can serve as an effective solution for modernizing local manufacturing enterprises and supporting the transition toward Industry 4.0 technologies.
